Bursar

• Online payments of e-check (no fee) or credit/debit cards are made at siue.edu/pay-my-bill. A 2.85% nonrefundable service fee applies to all card payments. Effective March 2025, International credit cards will have a nonrefundable service fee of 4.25%. 
• Mail check payments to SIUE, Office of the Bursar; Box 1042; Edwardsville, IL 62026. Include student’s name and ID #(800…) on the check and allow seven to ten days for the check to be received on time before payment due date. 
• Cash or check payments are accepted in person in the Bursar’s Office, Rendleman Hall, room 1101. Authorization to Release Information must be on file to release amounts owed to anyone besides the student.
