What is NSSLHA?
The National Student Speech-Language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is a national organization for students interested in the study of normal and disordered human communication behavior. The SIUE chapter of NSSLHA provides gathering opportunities for students who are interested in the study of communication disorders.

Annual Events
Walk for Austism: Located in Forest Park in downtown St. Louis, the walk occurs during the beginning of October each year. Order a team shirt to show your support. The walk is a great way to meet others whose lives are touched by autism while raising money for a great cause.
NSSLHA Trivia Night: Each year, faculty, students, family and friends of those in the speech-language pathology and audiology program come together for a trivia night fundraiser. Come enjoy good company, bid on baskets and other goodies in the silent auction, and challenge the faculty in a game of trivia. It is a fun night to spend with faculty and friends!
