Bill holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Bradley University, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Bill is a CPA who has over thirty years of experience as a finance and accounting leader. He works part-time in the Office of International Affairs, managing expenses, budgets, and purchasing.
