Chris Hubbard-Jackson
Director of Assessment
Dr. Chris Hubbard-Jackson serves as the Director of Assessment in the School of Pharmacy and the School of Nursing. She joined SIUE in 2024 with nearly 20 years of experience in assessment, strategic planning, accreditation, data analysis, institutional research, program and curriculum development, and institutional effectiveness. Dr. Hubbard-Jackson earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Missouri St Louis and is an SIUE alum with a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Illinois State University.
Dr. Hubbard-Jackson's responsibilities include directing outcomes assessment; developing and implementing assessment plans; analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating data; creating reports for accreditation and university reporting; and supporting strategic planning. Her research interests include student success, persistence, retention, graduation/completion; burnout, institutional effectiveness, continuous improvement, leadership, mentoring, and organizational change.
