Cascade Users and Site Requests

Users will only be given access to a Cascade site AFTER they have attended Cascade training AND completed the System Access Request (SARF) / SIUE Employee Confidentiality Agreement forms. NOTE: If you have previously filled out a SARF form for Cascade access, you do not need to fill out another SARF form.
