Entry forms along with the first and second rounds of the Metro East Start-Up Challenge will be conducted online through Reviewr, a contract business plan service provider. The final round is an In Person “10–minute business pitch” in front of a panel of judges . A 5-minute Question and Answer Period will follow the pitch.
