Registration Calendar

New changes for Registration beginning in March 2025 - In efforts to improve efficiency and overall student experience, the following schedule will be used to role out registration windows pertaining to the different populations of the student body for improved efficiencies during high demand periods of registration. 

Please note the changes that may affect you:

• 10:00 a.m. Central Time is when registration will open for any population.
• Summer registration will be on its own day.
• Fall and Spring will stagger opening day out over Monday and Tuesday. 

The NEW Registration Calendar for 2025:

• Summer Registration Key Dates (Opens at 10:00 a.m. Central Time):
  
  • Registration Opens for all students - March 27, 2025 (Thursday)
• Fall Registration Key Dates (Opens at 10:00 a.m. Central Time):
  • March 31, 2025 (Monday) - Premier Registration groups only (ACCESS and Military/ROTC), Seniors (90 Earned Hours), and Senior with Degree
  • April 1, 2025 (Tuesday) - Early Access registration groups, Graduate, and Doctoral
  • April 3, 2025 (Thursday) - Registration opens for Juniors (60 to 89 Earned Hours)
  • April 7, 2025 (Monday) - Registration opens for Sophomore (30 to 59 Earned Hours)
  • April 10, 2025 (Thursday) - Registration opens for all students including Visiting Students
• Spring Registration Key Dates (Opens at 10:00 a.m. Central Time):
  • October 27, 2025 (Monday) - Registration opens for Seniors (90 Earned Hours or Senior with Degree), Premier Registration groups only (ACCESS and Military/ROTC)
  • October 28, 2025 (Tuesday) - Early Access registration groups, Graduate, and Doctoral
  • October 30, 2025 (Thursday) - Registration opens for Juniors (60 to 89 Earned Hours)
  • November 3, 2025 (Monday) - Registration opens for Sophomore (30 to 59 Earned Hours)
  • November 6, 2025 (Thursday)- Registration opens for all students including Visiting Students
