Dr. Claire Philbrook (Brady) is a seasoned executive with a distinguished track record in driving digital transformation and organizational excellence. As a recognized change agent and coalition builder, she has consistently led teams to achieve strategic goals in complex and dynamic environments. Claire’s consulting focuses on organizational development, strong work cultures and healthy organizations, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
A national thought leader in AI adoption, Claire possesses a deep understanding of AI's transformative potential across industries. She specializes in empowering organizations to leverage AI tools not just to streamline operations, but also to free up time, enabling deeper and more meaningful human connections.
